The breakfast project

Yogurt pancakes, mommy's breakfast for Valentine's weekend. I'm a lucky girl!

Ingredients...

1/2 cup oatmeal {quick cooking}
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp of ground flax seeds
3 1/2 tsp. of baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1-2 tsp. of sugar {to your liking}
1 c. milk
1 egg
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp of vanilla

Add the wet ingredients to your dry mixture. Whisk until smooth. Lightly grease pan with spray oil. Cook on medium to medium-low in a skillet, until golden brown.
