Menu for the week

Red bean soup with crumbled queso fresco/Chopped salad
Herbed ravioli with Chinese broccoli/Salad
Whole wheat calzone with chicken, spinach and artichoke hearts/Salad
Grilled eggplant parmesan - Made with my canned summer tomatoes/Salad

Breakdown:

Costco $14
Kroger $15

Our weekend will be filled with running around, cleaning, cooking and all kinds of domestic endevours... Our house is in some serious need of deep cleaning... To relax after all that cleaning (and continue with the Anglophile theme in my house) I'll watch "The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel". That movie sounds so good... Next week is going to be busy and hectic... I'll better take advantage of the calm before the storm.
