Grilled eggplant parmesan - Made with my canned summer tomatoes/Salad

Our weekend will be filled with running around, cleaning, cooking and all kinds of domestic endevours... Our house is in some serious need of deep cleaning... To relax after all that cleaning (and continue with the Anglophile theme in my house) I'll watch "The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel". That movie sounds so good... Next week is going to be busy and hectic... I'll better take advantage of the calm before the storm.

Have a good weekend everybody!

Pictures from the weekend - Part II

See yesterday's post for more pictures

Go to Savannah...You will love it!

Highlights:
  • We ate our weight in seafood... Yum.
  • The weather was fantastic... It was like a nice Fall day.
  • We spent more time in the little streets and squares, less time at the River street (It is crowded and overrated)
  • Hanging out at Forsyth Park. Father and daugther had some sketching time, while mother and son had some photo taking time - So fun...
Savannah and Charleston have a lot in common... Which one do you like best? Take a look at some pictures from Charleston  (here too) and be the judge... I love them both!
