Juice confessions

Confession: My name is Elena and I am a juiceaholic... In fact, all of us are! Ever since we bought a juicer all we can do is make juice... Usually I don't follow any rules about the juices I make... If I have a vegetable or fruit in hand, I add it to the mix. On ocassion though, I follow a recipe. Here is a favorite growing up:

Carrot + beets + orange
Try... It's good!

PS. I will be sharing a recipe for carrot cake pancakes I made using the finely shredded carrots discarted from juicing the carrots... It turned out really good.
