Homemade bread

I did it! I have finally baked my first loaf of bread. The smell in the house is intoxicating. I can really get used to this (actually, I cannot get it out of my mind, I want to get this homemade goodness all of the time, we are making some more next weekend!). I tried this recipe  (next time I will be making this one). Having my new mixer helped a lot.

And yes, that is the strawberry jam I made from our trip to the strawberry farm last spring.


  1. Wow q rico se ve ese pan!! Como sabe al dia siguiente?? no se pone muy duro?? por sierto creo q voy a necesitar a ese asistente para q me ayude en navidad con el pan de jamon jiji. Besos

  2. No sabes lo rico que es...Tienes que hacerlo. No se pone duro pero es mejor comerlo recien hecho. El segundo pan que hicimos nos comimos la mitad el primer dia y el dia siguiente hicimos French toast... Rico!!! Besitos
