More freezer ready desserts

When I make Linzer Torte my recipe makes a 13x18 cookie sheet... As much as we love it we always end up eating more than we should. Here is when the lightbulb when on. What if I make the recipe and divide it into 4 pie tins? The pie tin is the perfect size for dessert and the best part is that I have some in the freezer ready for a no-time-wasted delicious desert you can eat at any time...This is a revelation for me, people!

The only thing I need on hand is rasberry preserve... I goes without saying but my freezer is working overtime!
