Menu for the week

Chicken teriyaki and ginger rice - recipe from here/roasted broccoli
Italian wedding soup/salad
Rotini with Romesco sauce/salad
Roasted pepper and goat cheese pannini sandwich/salad

Breakdown:

Aldi/Kroger  $39
Costco $ 15
Whole Foods $20

We leave for vacation next Friday and I like to leave a couple of meals ready in the freezer to eat upon our return. I'm just trying to make my life a little easier and allow myself some time to unwind and catch up after a long trip. Here are the additional meals I will be making and freezing:

3 bean chilli con carne
























Spaghetti with marinara sauce
