In my mail

So excited to open this package... My new book "Mastering the Art of French Cooking by Julia Child" has finally arrived. I cannot wait to start trying recipes such as: Gratin Savoyard (scalloped potatoes with meat stock and cheese), Aigo Bouido (garlic soup), Soupe Au Pistou (vegetable soup with garlic, basil and herbs), Vichyssoise (cold leek and potato soup) and of course Soupe a L'onignon (onion soup). I am so in the mood for some France right now! Also in the package a new map of France...I can't wait to start my research for our trip to France in the near future, I hope!
