Menu for the week

Roasted chicken with all the Thanksgiving fixings (home made mac-n-cheese, stuffing, broccoli). I know what you are thinking...We can't get enough of a good thing.
Chicken salad (with cranberries and nuts) and croissants/salad
Chupe/salad
Pumpkin cheesecake for our Thanksgiving celebration (This is an amazing desert... coming from a person that does not like pumpkin deserts...Thanks Chris and Kristen for sharing this fabulous recipe with me)


Given that we have been invited to a Thanksgiving feast at our friends the Kepners an extra meal will not be necessary. We will be splurging with a big breakfast.
