Menu for the week

This week I have come up with the following menu:

Orecciette with cauliflower, arugula and prosciutto/salad
Lentil soup/bread
Italian chicken stew with artichokes, olives and caper/salad
Adobo steaks with pebre/yuca/salad

This week I spend:

Kroger $ 28
Super H $ 14
Trader Joe/Costco $ 19

If I needed and extra meal I could stretch the lentil soup by using it as a sauce over some fettuccine...Delicious! Only add a drizzle of olive oil, Parmesan cheese and fresh cracked pepper...I whole new meal (thanks to my friend Helen for sharing this idea).
